What iron-base materials do you offer and how strong are they?

Our iron-base platform covers Fe2Ni, Fe4Ni, Fe8Ni, FeC and FeCuC, sintered to 7.5–7.7 g/cm³ (relative density ≥ 98%). Depending on composition and heat treatment, tensile strength ranges from roughly 450 to 1100 MPa — suitable for gears, gearboxes, shafts and power tool parts.

Can iron-base MIM gears be heat-treated?

Yes. Carburizing, quenching and tempering are standard secondary processes for Fe-Ni and Fe-Cu-C alloys to raise surface hardness and wear resistance — a common requirement for automotive gears, synchronizer parts and power tool transmissions. Tell us your hardness target and we will propose the route.

What volumes can you handle for iron-base parts?

Our sintering workshop runs 15 push-plate furnaces plus vacuum furnaces, giving a monthly capacity of about 50 million small iron-base parts. MOQ is 1000 pcs; tooling takes about 20 days and production about 7 days, so the process suits both pilot runs and sustained high-volume programs.
