Guangzhou Newlife New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. It is a diversified technology-driven enterprise dedicated to the R&D and production of new functional materials, represented by magnetic materials and electronic ceramic materials.
Newlife is a global leader in wide flexible magnetic materials and a world-renowned supplier of electronic components for micro motors, with world-leading global market share in wide flexible magnets and ring varistors.
The company employs more than 1,000 people, including over 140 in technical and R&D positions. It operates four production bases — Guangzhou Huangpu, Guangzhou Zengcheng, Ningbo and Vietnam — totaling over 200,000 ㎡ of floor space, and runs sales branches in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Shanghai, Beijing, the United States and Europe, with distributors in more than 60 countries.
In 2021, Newlife was recognized by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a national-level “Little Giant” specialized and sophisticated enterprise. In June 2023, the company was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 301323).
Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd. MIM Project Team was established in 2003, mainly engaged in R&D and production of tungsten alloy MIM and PM. As the team has grown, the production line of stainless steel and other metals was added. Nowadays, Newlife has MIM and PM processing and production lines of tungsten alloy, stainless steel, iron base alloy, copper alloy, soft magnetic material, non-magnetic steel and other materials, and more than 20 sintering equipments such as atmosphere protection push plate furnace and vacuum furnace. We have hired several professors from domestic professional colleges as our technical consultants, and gathered many excellent technicians. Newlife is committed to improving customer productivity and providing customers with OEM and ODM quality services.

Guangzhou Huangpu Production Base
45,000 ㎡ headquarters base focused on printing & advertising consumables and varistor/thermistor products.
Guangzhou Zengcheng Production Base
50,000 ㎡ (Phase II planned to 110,000 ㎡) dedicated to wide flexible magnets, composite functional materials and new rare-earth permanent magnets.
Ningbo Factory
8,000 ㎡ producing wide flexible magnets, magnetic stationery and magnetic toys.
Vietnam Factory
7,000 ㎡ producing wide flexible magnets for the U.S. market.
Milestones 1998–2025
Phase II of the Zengcheng magnetic materials production base went into operation.
Named a national-level “Green Factory”; obtained ISO 50001 energy management system certification; became a council member of the Guangdong Radiation Protection Association.
Successfully listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 301323); designated as the Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center for Composite Functional Materials.
Recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a national-level “Little Giant” specialized and sophisticated enterprise; named a Guangzhou Leading Private Enterprise; the MIM project was established and put into production.
The Zengcheng magnetic materials production base successfully went into operation.
Launched China's first lead-free ionizing-radiation shielding material and was granted an invention patent.
The Ningbo factory was established.
Established a joint magnetic materials laboratory with Lanzhou University; recognized as a Guangzhou municipal enterprise technology center.
The U.S. subsidiary was established.
The NTC thermistor project was established and put into production.
The Guangzhou Development Zone headquarters plant was commissioned; the R&D center was established.
The Vietnam factory went into production.
The magnetic advertising consumables project went into production; the “MACO” brand was founded; magnetic advertising display products won the European Visual Innovation Award.
Completed a wide flexible magnet production line with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons; became a licensed producer for the Beijing Olympic Games.
Became a leading domestic supplier of ring varistors.
Recognized as a national High-Tech Enterprise.
Newlife was founded; the flexible magnet production line was commissioned.
