新莱福 MIM 扩建软磁合金生产线 / Soft magnetic alloy production line expansion

NEWLIFE MIM has expanded its soft magnetic alloy production line, adding capacity for FeSi3.5, FeSi6.5, FeCo and FeNi grades. The line produces small, complex-shaped soft magnetic parts by metal injection molding, combining high magnetic permeability with the geometric freedom of the MIM process.

Soft magnetic MIM parts are increasingly specified in miniaturized electronics. Typical applications include magnetic components for TWS earphones, micro inductors, sensor housings and other precision electronic components where both magnetic performance and complex geometry are required.

Fe-Si grades (FeSi3.5, FeSi6.5) offer high electrical resistivity and low core loss, while FeCo delivers the highest saturation flux density of any soft magnetic material and FeNi provides very high permeability. Producing these alloys by MIM avoids the machining difficulties associated with brittle soft magnetic materials.

The expanded line is backed by our in-house powder and feedstock preparation, catalytic or thermal debinding, and vacuum or atmosphere-protected sintering, ensuring stable magnetic and mechanical properties from lot to lot. Customers are welcome to send drawings for feasibility evaluation.
