Iron-Base MIM Capacity Reaches 50 Million Parts per Month

Our sintering workshop operates 15 push-plate furnaces and 4 vacuum furnaces.
Monthly capacity now reaches approximately 50 million small iron-base parts and 5 million stainless steel parts. Tungsten alloy, iron base, copper and soft magnetic MIM lines share the same platform, while non-magnetic steel is available for small-batch production.
Mold lead time is typically 20 days and production lead time about 7 days, with an additional 3–5 days when secondary processing is required.
